Laurie's books never fail to make me laugh. I can relate to so many of the tales that she shares. I'm always waiting for new books to come out, b/c I can read them and re-read them time and again. I've given this book to numerous friends and they are all hooked now. If you like sarcasm, you'll love Notaro!

I don't think I laughed harder reading in my life. At first I felt bad, because I felt like I was laughing at Laurie, but honestly, we're laughing WITH you.

I don't think I was able to relate to a book more than this. I was forced afterwards to give myself a hard look in the mirror and say to myself, "Yes, you ARE an Idiot Girl." It made my own stories of beer-filled 7:00 am plane rides, getting blitzed right before a funeral and having your 'fake bar identity' come back to haunt you pale in comparison to the Bra Girls or the Petersens.

I feel as though I am on a mission from Laurie to spread the word to my fellow idiot girls that we are not alone. They should all expect this book for their birthdays.

Seriously, is this stuff real? Do people really live like this? Who cares, it is funny as heck and even more fun to read. If you like books such as the Sweet Potatoe Queens, etc, then you will find this as funny, and really enjoy yourself. This book inspired my to buy and read the rest. I like this as in between books when I read something heavy.

I read a few entries into this book of essays or short stories if you will, on the mishaps of Laurie Notaro and friends. While some things were mildly amusing, (and by mildly, I mean very mild), I couldn't shake the feeling that I was reading the blog or the diary of a highly immature adult woman. Some of the things she writes in this book are similar to things that I found myself saying when I was between the ages of 13 and 15. I don't know what else to say besides the fact that her immaturity really irked me.

She does not write well and sort of dumbs things down for her readers who I am guessing are in their teens.

I love this calendar! Its a great size for easy transport, and spiral bound so you can double it over while making notes. The squares for each day are nice and big so you can fit in a bunch of stuff. (Busy Busy Busy)

And of course the greatest thing about this calendar is that I get a good chuckle out of it every time I open it. If your a bad girl, or a good girl who just loves the idea of being bad- this will make you laugh all the while you're filling in dates with meetings, appointments, and hopefully a secret rendez-vous or two.

These models are some of the hottest I have seen in all the swimsuit calendars I have bought including SI and maxim. The quality is top notch and the images are amazing! Definitely worth the $12 I dropped on it.

What makes this swimsuit calendar so unique is that it features 12 really beautiful models from different countries I've never visited, and really gives the viewer an idea about the country and the type of girls who live there. If you don't have time to travel like me, this sure is the next best way to see the world. Looking forward to their 2005 calendars!!

Much Hotter Models Than The Sports Illustrated Calendar.......2004-04-10

This calendar features some amazingly hot girls. Comparing them to the Sports Illustrated calendar which I also bought, this one blows it away by far. I reccommend it for anybody interested in seeing what really hot girls in many other parts of the world look like in bikinis!!! And the locations are pretty cool too, not that I was paying that much attention to the locations-

Okay, so it's a T&A calendar, but when you spend money on something like this you expect a certain quality. The models are mediocre and the print quality leaves a lot to be desired. Spend a little more and get a Sports Illustrated calendar.

Not only are the models not hot, but this thing looks like it was printed in someone's garage. It's an amature effort at best and waste of 10 bucks. Don't buy it.
