Book Description
Recorded history is a finely-woven magic fabric of intricate lies about events predating the sixteenth century. There is not a single piece of evidence that can be reliably and independently traced back earlier than the eleventh century. This book details events that are substantiated by hard facts and logic, and validated by new astronomical research and statistical analysis of ancient sources.

Accepted History & Chronology Must Be Changed. .......2007-04-09
There is no doubt that history as most know it is a sham, & institution's version of History both University & Church is fradulent & inaccurate. Everything was established with an agenda, The real "Dark Ages" are now when we have access to incredible amounts of information past authorities & more important 'common folk' didn't have but our institutions & educators are slow to evolve because of what has ignorantly & arrogantly been taught for too long. This is on many subjects not just Chronology.
For anyone to question "Why would a Mathematician have anything credible to say of History?" The answer is from Dr. Fomenko's preface in the book: "It would be worthwhile to remind the reader that in the XVI-XVII century Chronology was considered to be a subdivision of Mathematics." These volumes could possibly be some of the most important works to date & should be read by everyone with an interest in History, especially professors & educators who have a duty to the public. I have read both books & must say that 'Chronology 1' has some very eye opening & revolutionary information. Even if these volumes are part true the implications are profound & opens the doors to further investigations & questions which must be done. I speak several different lanquages & must say the logic Dr. Fomenko uses with "inflection" of words & words being read from left to right in one region & right to left in another then written backwards, the removal of vowels & get down to basics of words, or different cities & locations having the same name etc. is correct. Vowel usage has always been optional & varied, actually complicating linquistics & study. The first thing one has to understand is that words never had a fixed spelling in history like we do now, the spelling of words was mutable & regional, as well as names & titles of people were vast, varied & changed, NOTHING WAS FIXED or understood linear. Matters of Life & Death as well as financial profiteering yesterday & today were & are made with ignorant, illogical & conspiratorial views of history & reality, it's time people get closer to the Truth & society collectively grow up.
Very Interesting.......2007-03-07
It is a good proposal and I believe it will mature into something even better in the future. I think it deserves to be read.
History as Science Fiction.......2007-01-10
Anatoly Fomenko has written a very intriguing book, full of pictures, charts, and computer 'proof' of his thesis: backwards of AD900 we don't really know what happened or when. Between AD900 and AD1600 there is more certainty, but there is still a lot of fuzzy ground, and things don't get reliable until we get past the 1600's where the printing press made it very difficult for the perpetrators of this timeline manipulation to change anything that had been committed to print. The Dark Ages did not happen. Books were burned for a reason. One organization has doubled the actual length of its existence by expanding the real chronology. Read why.
I had always wondered why Christ died about AD33 and yet men waited until the 11th century to form the Knights Templar, the Cathars, etc and go after the Holy Land by force. Why the 1000 year gap? Turns out there wasn't more than a 10-12 year gap and he proves it using astronomy. This also implies that the planet is not as old as we have been told, and current Christian and other creationist scientists are already championing that idea without being aware of Fomenko's book. The two groups, creationist scientists and the Russian mathematical analysts corroborate each other. Fascinating.
Of course, all this flies in the face of what we have been told traditionally is the 'proper' chronology of western civilization, and most readers will experience 'cognitive dissonance' in reading this book. It means that our history going backwards from AD1600 becomes progressively more incorrect and unreliable until it cannot be trusted at all... in the space of 700-800 years.
Naturally, the curious, open-minded reader will want to know WHO did this, WHY, and did any of the events we think of as really ancient ever happen?
Dr. Fomenko is a respected scientist/mathematician at Moscow State University who has already answered these questions to the satisfaction of his initially skeptical colleagues. Most of them are now believers, a few still refuse to believe (the usual diehards), and of course the western press has ignored Fomenko's work -- for obvious reasons when you read the book. The ones who perpetrated this chronology ruse have a lot to answer for. They are still with us. That's why this book is a well-kept secret.
I gave the book a 4-star rating because I was unable to check out some of his claims; those I checked were as he said. But if even 1/3 of his claims are true, this punches a big hole in what we think is our history, the meaning of western civilization, our educational process (for repeating the ruse as gospel), and the trustworthiness of the organization that perpetrated this ruse, well-intentioned or not.
This book relates to current research into a Young Earth paradigm, to John Keel's discoveries about our planet, and Fr Malachi Martin's insights (in his now out-of-print books). We are indeed sheep who are manipulated and kept ignorant -- for a reason. While knowing what these men have to say may be the "booby prize" (as in: 'what can you do with this knowledge?'), it will provide interesting reading. Didn't someone say: "...and the Truth will set you free."?? For you to judge if this book contains the truth.
Provocative, appealing and controversial.......2006-08-02
Fomenko has succeeded to convincingly demonstrate the misconception about what "history" factually is... It is fiction and -like we can read and judge for ourselves- no science. It indeed is "make belief" only. I "discovered" Fomenko while studying the "old" history of Al Andaluz, Spain. Having found too many contradictions in available data, having seen too many forgeries as to pretend the importance of christianity for its decline, I ventured out to find Fomenko, who convinced me that we know little if anything for sure of the epoch before the XI-century. However, the integration of the Arabic-Islamic cultural history into the heavily distorted Western fails... There are some attempts to fit "the budding new religion" (Islam) into Fomenko's scheme, but they are too weak to be taken seriously and too often focussing on Turkey as the region where things started to influence the West, which is untrue at all.
Islam certainly was no "new religion" in the X-century. That the highly cultivated Al Andaluz ruler Mohammed-I could have been "mirrored" down in time into some myth about the "illiterate" founder of Islam itself is highly speculative. Nevertheless, Fomenko convinces me about the processes that were involved in forging a christian history. Intriguing and controversial as his books are, I recommend them as to rethink our current position in time and space and simply verify what was claimed. It is a "good" book, but not for bedtime reading... Mundus vult decipi, the world wants to be cheated. Fomenko's readers will understand why.
pharaohs lived in the 3rd century AD.......2006-02-16
Traces of white wine were found in Tutankhamen's tomb however there were no record of white wine in Egypt until the 3rd century AD, 1600 years after the young pharaoh died according to the traditional chronology. http://www.newscientist.com/channel/being-human/mg18925395.400
It can be interpreted as a contribution towards New Chronology theory that pharaohs lived in the 3rd century AD.

Outdated manual.......2007-04-12
I was somewhat disappointed in this book. I was expecting some good how-to pointers on fixing things around the house. I received a book that is very outdated. It gave instructions on fixing cassette decks and turntables. And who fixes broken toasters? I did find a few good pointers, but not like I expected.
Out-of-date.......2007-03-23
The book is definitely out-of-date, having been published in 1996. I bought this one, looked at it a bit and returned it. Ended up buying the Black and Decker book instead (published 2004).
Good reference to have........2007-03-05
I have ahd this book for several years and I have found it to be a handy book to have. It covers a large variety of items with pretty clear instructions. Take care!

The information inside is helpful. Was totally disappointed about the books appearence. I bought this book for a Christmas present and the cover was bond upside down. I gave it to the person I bought it for as there wouldn't be enough time to get another. He said it wouldn't be worth the hassel to send it back. Very disappointed.

She focuses on how your personality affects your home environment and takes homemaking to a realistic, fun, and energetic place. Take a moment to determine your homemaking personality and see how to find time to enjoy the rest of your life.
Making the Unavoidable Easier.......2005-03-14
My distaste for cleaning goes almost as deep as my love of reading. Both have prompted a long search for that magical book, the one that somehow turns cleaning and organizing into a wonderful and exciting task. While this book may not be that particular panacea, it goes further than any other that I have read. I love the concept of amtching your method to your personality and Ms. Keeley's humor makes me laugh even when I am knee deep in the laundry. It was a wonderful read and I enjoyed it very much. Now, if I could only find the front door . . .
Ms. Keeley's Book.......2005-01-14
Wow.... How did she do that?
As I have cleaned and reorganized my home to flow more compatibly with the real me, I have laughed and been entertained as if I had invited my best friend over to keep me company.
Humor Meets Practicality in "Hannah's Art of Home".......2005-01-10
If you're like me, you have walked over that pile of dirty clothes behind your bedroom door (because there is no room for them in your closet) one too many times. This book offered the help I needed to get my living space in working order and so much more! Like a life-long friend, Keeley laughs you through a home overhaul....with a twist! By incorporating a little psychology (through a quick quiz)she offers helpful hints for your unique personality. Even if you actually have a place in your closet for your dirty clothes this book offers a great read, lots of understanding smiles and plenty of "laugh out loud" moments.

Helpful hints indeed!.......2006-03-22
This book is surprisingly fun. You name it and this book has a tip on the most effective way to do it. I bought this book in conjunction with two other home maintenance and repair books and it has many items that were not covered in the other two. I only gave it three stars because I will probably only refer to this one after the other two to verify that there isn't an easier way. What would make this book better? I say combine this book with their "New Fix-It-Yourself Manual" (my top choice), and you have an ace book!
This book is amazing........2002-01-15
I have not bought this book...yet. I recently borrowed it from the library, and will keep renewing it until they force me to return it. When they do, I intend on hunting it down at my neighborhood bookstore.
This book is very comprehensive for the do-it-yourselfer that is just starting out, and contains many neat tips and tricks that even the expert handyman would not have known. The book is extremely useful for everyday stuff, and even has instructions on those once a year fix-it items.
The book is arranged in different categories, such as Lawn & Garden, Plumbing, Electrical Appliances, with subcategories like pruning, toilets, and washer/dryer. About half of each page is covered with colorful handrawn pictures that apply to the tips listed. Most tips don't have pictures, but these are usually ones that don't require them. The other half of the page contains detailed instructions on how to replace/repair/install items of importance. These instructions have real pictures of the process, and are wonderful for reference.
I would recommend this book to anyone who owns a home. Once you buy it, read everything once so you'll know what's in there, then put it in an accessible place so you can grab it at a moments notice.
Excellent source of clever ideas and tips.......1999-10-21
While not a comprehensive home repair guide (superficial instructions and difficult to see and poorly labeled photos and diagrams), this book is a useful addition to a home repair library. When tackling a home repair, the book provides numerious time-saving and result enhancing suggestions on how to make the job go more smooothly with a higher quality outcome.

As a single parent and homeowner, I can't tell you how handy this book has been. If you don't have a friend, relative or spouse who's a handyman, you definitely need this book. I've been able to save enough money to furnish my home. I've purchased many of the Reader's Digest books in the past and found them to be of high quality and excellent value. This book contains step-by-step procedures and instructions that are depicted in numbered color photos that makes easy work of repairs and maintenance-plus you are assured it's done right.

In books including Seductions of Rice and the award-winning Hot, Sour, Salty, Sweet, authors Jeffrey Alford and Naomi Duguid offered a new kind of cookbook--part anthropological portrait, part recipe source, part travel memoir (with photos taken by the pair), and in all, fascinating as well as useful. Their Home Baking is differently pitched. Though the authors have traveled to places including Russia, Hong Kong, and Australia, to bring back traditional baking formulas from their sources, they've also relied on home favorites plus other cookbooks whose recipes they admire. If the book lacks the layered scope, depth, and something of the interest of their former works, it nonetheless delivers unique goods--over 200 accessible recipes for savory and sweet goods like Nigella-Date Hearth Breads, Provincial Quince Loaf, Silk Road Non (a version of nan), Taipei Coconut Buns, and There-Layer Walnut Torte Whipped Cream. Fans of the authors, plus those new to the Alford and Duguid approach, will find much to explore and bake from here, as well as a beautiful, color-photo-studded volume in the A. and D. tradition.
Arranged by concepts such as Family Breads and All-Around-the-World Cookies, the book also offers food and travel asides such as Kisses from Brazil (about the skillet bread called beji, "kiss" in Portuguese), as well as informative headnotes that set each dish in context. (It should be mentioned that these notes and others are written in the first-person singular, but are unsigned or otherwise credited.) There are technical notes like those for bread making that guide bakers in the relaxed Alford and Duguid fashion, and where necessary, useful equipment discussion. There is also an eccentric entry or two, including a high-altitude recipe for chocolate chip cookies. But, ultimately, it's the unusual, traveled-derived formulas that make the book so worthy. --Arthur Boehm
Book Description
Home baking may be a humble art, but its roots are deeply planted. On an island in Sweden a grandmother teaches her granddaughter how to make
slagbrot, a velvety rye bread, just as she ws taught to make it by her grandmother many years before. In Portugal, village women meet once each week to bake at a community oven; while the large stone oven heats up, children come running for sweet, sugary flatbreads made specially for them. In Toronto, Naomi makes her grandmother's recipe for treacle tart and Jeffrey makes the truck-stop cinnamon buns he and his father loved.
From savory pies to sweet buns, from crusty loaves to birthday cake, from old-world apple pie to peanut cookies to custard tarts, these recipes capture the age-old rhythm of turning simple ingredients into something wonderful to eat.
HomeBakingrekindles the simple pleasure of working with your hands to feed your family. And it ratchets down the competitive demands we place on ourselves as home cooks. Because in striving for professional results we lose touch with the pleasures of the process, with the homey and imperfect, with the satisfaction of knowing that you can, as a matter of course, prepare something lovely and delicious, and always have a full cookie jar or some homemade cake on hand to offer.
Jeffrey Alford and Naomi Duguid collected the recipes in
HomeBaking at their source, from farmhouse kitchens in northern France to bazaars in Fez. They traveled tens of thousands of miles, to six continents, in search of everyday gems such as Taipei Coconut Buns, Welsh Cakes, Moroccan Biscotti, and Tibetan Overnight Skillet Breads. They tasted, interpreted, photographed and captured not just the recipes, but the people who made them as well. Then they took these spot-on flavors of far away and put them side by side with cherished recipes from friends and family closer to home. The result is a collection of treasures: cherry strudel from Hungary, stollen from Germany, bread pudding from Vietnam, anise crackers from Barcelona. More than two hundred recipes that resonate with the joys and flavors of everyday baking at home and around the world.
Inexperienced home bakers can confidently pass through the kitchen doors armed with Naomi and Jeffrey's calming and easy-to-follow recipes. A relaxed, easy-handed approach to baking is, they insist, as much a part of home baking traditions as are the recipes themselves. In fact it's often the last-minute recipes—semonlina crackers, a free-form fruit galette, or a banana-coconut loaf—that offer the most unexpected delights. Although many of the sweets and savories included here are the products of age-old oral traditions, the recipes themselves have been carefully developed and tested, designed for the home baker in a home kitchen.
Like the authors' previous books,
HomeBaking offers a glorious combination of travel and great tastes, with recipes rich in anecdote, insightful photographs, and an inviting text that explores the diverse baking traditions of the people who share our world. This is a book to have in the kitchen and then again by your bed at night, to revisit over and over.

great! Great! GREAT!.......2007-03-18
I have been working my way through this book, page by delicious picture page. The recipes and stories make me feel like I am with the author on their travels. I will definitely be getting the hot, sour, salty book from these authors. They really know food, true foodies! Not a Hollywood chef, real, substantial...a must read! One of the best cookbooks in my library of over 100!
absolutely amazing.......2006-12-02
Beautiful food, beautiful book. Try the Beirut Tahini Rolls - and everything else.
My favorite cookbook.......2005-06-24
This is a beautiful cookbook. The recipes are wonderful, and the stories and photographs that accompany them convey deep respect for the local culture. I have given four copies as gifts so far, and they have been very well received. The Russian apple pancake and Persian cardamom cookies are particularly outstanding.
A cookbook of global bread recipes.......2005-04-10
Home Baking: The Artful Mix Of Flour And Tradition Around The World is a cookbook of global bread recipes, from sweet pies and tarts to festive breads, bagels, flatbreads, a variety of cakes and cookies, and much more. Full-color photographs of not only the treasured recipes, but the daily lives of people worldwide who make them add a delightful visual dimension to this down-to-earth presentation, which walks novice bakers through the basic steps and processes involved in various types of bread preparations. An enriching contribution to any homemaker's kitchen and especially welcome for aspiring bakers who want to see, sample, and create a wide variety bread cuisines.
An Excellent Coffee Table Book.......2004-11-30
Reading this book made my mouth water...the text, the recipe titles, and the photos are all amazing. Then, I went to bake some recipes from this book, and discovered that many of these recipes are problematic. I am not a novice baker by any means, and most of the time I don't have any problems working with recipes. I tried the apple pie recipe, with the sour cream crust-- it was alright, but certainly not something I'd make again. I tried the chocolate brownie recipe that sounded absolutely delicious on paper-- but the brownies were so ho-hum that I actually ended up tossing most of them. (Not worth the calories!0. I also made the banana bread recipe here and, again, although it wasn't bad it certainly wasn't great. I have actually tried cooking/baking from other cookbooks by Duguid and Alford, and overall I have found that their baking recipes are much inferior to their cooking recipes. I'm not sure why that is. I will continue to look through this book and admire the recipes, but I probably won't be too quick to try another recipe.

Buying a home requires skill in a variety of areas. There's negotiating, financing, inspecting a home, and understanding legal contracts. It's really too much for most people to do by themselves, which, as you know by now, is why most of us pay good money to hire real estate agents, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other professionals to help with the process. But that doesn't remove the buyer from the role of project manager, whose job is to understand what each specialist is meant to do and recognize when one of those key players is not doing his or her job right. Books such as 100 Questions Every First-Time Home Buyer Should Ask help the novice gain a solid understanding of the basics involved in this often complex process. The questions in this second edition of author Ilyce R. Glink's book also make buyers think about their decisions. If you want to buy an older home, for example, do you understand that older windows may need caulking or new sashes, that bathroom tiles may need regrouting, and that an older home may need rewiring, a new hot water heater, or a new furnace right away? Other questions range from the routine (How much can I afford? How do I make an offer?) to some that are hard to anticipate (What if the seller wants to stay in the house after the closing? Who should attend the closing?). Chapters are devoted to key topics, including figuring out what kind of house you want (this effort starts with a "wish list" and improves with a "reality check"), knowing what you can afford, putting together and negotiating a deal, financing your home, closing on the deal, and then doing what it takes to live happily ever after. Of course, living happily ever after requires understanding when it's time to move on to your next home, a process that may find you dusting off this book in the coming years. --John Russell

AWESOME BOOK!.......2007-01-12
My husband and I bought this book because we were interested in buying a home and had never been through the process before. This book was so informative! We learned all kinds of things to do and not to do. This book is a must if you have never bought a home before!
Worth every penny.......2007-01-12
This book was my bible during my home purchase. It answers all kinds of questions. Very Helpful. If you are going to buy a home, buy this book.
Complete look at the daunting process.......2006-11-10
Covers many/most of the issues of importance. Only bummer is that since laws vary by state a few things didn't apply directly, would have been nice to get a warning to this effect.
Great first-timer resource.......2006-09-04
Some things are easier learned through personal experience. Can't tell the same about home buying. Had a couple of friends tell me about their experiences buying homes, and still have learned a lot of great info on the subject.
Must read for every first time home buyer.......2006-07-26
This book has been my top choice to first time home buyers everywhere! I used it to buy my first home several years ago and the author does an excellent, thorough job of asking the hard questions. This book will save you from making a lot of painful mistakes during this new journey in your life.

Book Description
In this classic crack-up of a book, Dave Barry gives his wacky perspective on sex, childbirth, parenting and other forms of slow, cruel torture.
In Babies and Other Hazards of Sex, Dave exposes natural childbirth for what it is: a pop phenomenon of the 1960s that, along with paisley bell-bottoms and creative sideburns, deserves a rest. He examines the new federal law requiring prospective fathers to free themselves from their self-made macho prisons--to laugh, cry, love and just generally behave like certified wimps.
Dave also reveals, for the first time in print, the secret chant for painless childbirth.
Then learn why no secret chant could possibly take a woman's mind off the fact that she is in such pain that she wants a gigantic comet to crash into the earth and kill her and her husband and the dotor and the nurses and everyone else in the world.
Customer Reviews:
One of Dave Barry's best laughs.......2007-01-21
Purchased as a gift for a close friend shortly after they found out they were expecting, because I purchased this 5 years ago when our son and his wife were expecting and living a great distance away. Both men found this book a laugh a minute. Dave Barry at his best.
Warning - Do not read in last trimester!.......2006-06-29
This book is very funny, weirdly prophetic and difficult to read if you've got 8lbs of baby pressing down on your bladder!
THE ONLY BOOK YOU WILL NEED.............2005-10-21
I have always been a fan of Dave Barry.
When my baby's mama got pregnant I spent the better part of three months in a drunken haze. "WHAT WILL I DO?!" I constantly asked my friends. None of them knew. I had just barely turned twenty one and none of my friends were or ever had been in the same boat.
Truth of the matter is, nobody can tell you what to do in this circumstance. The object is to go with the flow, from the time that chick of yours gets pregnant to ... forever.
I was THRILLED when I found this book, and it did not dissapoint. Without it I may have lost my mind and killed that chick with a hatchet.
Very funny, and it will make you forget that you are in HELL! Must have for suprised "expectants."
Not worth the money.......2005-08-04
Just not funny, I returned the book and got my money back.
Barry at his best.......2004-02-02
I buy this book for every expectant father I know. A very nice break from all the "what to expect when you're expecting" books

Book Description
The world is full of houses. Big houses and little houses. Houses that stay in one place and houses that move from place to place. Some houses are made of wood or stone; others are made from mud or straw. But all of them are made for families to live in.
Customer Reviews:
Houses and Homes.......2007-01-18
The pictures were very good. It showed many homes in different parts of the world. However, it was not very good for 4's and 5's. When I read it at school to my Pre-k class, they could not stay focused.
Photos are great for discussion!.......2006-07-14
While the text of the book is not particularly inspiring, it is an introduction to the different ways some people live around the world. My daughter is not yet two but she loves Ann Morris' entire series of books and likes to identify things in each photograph. We use the books to discuss differences and similarities between how we and others live. The photos are obviously dated but I don't believe that alters the impact of what the author and photographer are trying to do. As she grows, we intend to continue to read these books, moving on from identifying simple items to talking about cultures, traditions, environments, geography, and etc. The back of each book contains a map and descriptions of locations/actions for each page and will allow us to talk about where places are in relation to one another. I recommend these books for curious children starting at age 18 months and all the way up into the school years.
Houses and Homes.......2004-01-26
This is a beautiful book with gorgeous illustrations. I found it very useful in my second grade social studies unit.
Informative and Stimulating!.......2000-04-20
Houses and Homes is a great book to stimulate conversation for young beginning readers! The photos alone are worth a thousand words. I used this book as a lead in for a discussion with first graders about different types of homes around the world. The text is simple enough that they'll read it unassisted over and over. The index in the back of the book, along with a world map, is very informative! It states the specific country where each photo was taken and gives detailed information on the uses of the types of homes shown. The descriptions also include information on the relationships between homes, cultures, and climates around the world. My 5 year old nephew, a beginning reader, would not put the book down. If he wasn't actually reading the book, he was spending time looking at the real-life photos!

Book Description
This book introduces a world of delicious choices to the millions of Americans who are vegans, vegetarians looking to move away from dairy, or non-vegetarians who have food sensitivities.
Customer Reviews:
The only cookbook you will ever need........2007-06-21
I have experienced several vegan cookbooks in my lifetime. This is definitely one of the better ones. I was looking for vegetable recipes, but came away with so much more.
Seriously, You will never even have to think of using animal products again with this cookbook. Ms. Robertson takes a vegan approach to classic recipes like New England chowder and Italian wedding soup.
There is also a huge variety of recipes from different countries and cultures, all meat/dairy free. I cannot wait to try the scallion pancakes with sesame seeds.
Vegan Planet is wonderful!
Excellent cookbook for Vegies.......2007-06-14
This book is the best Vegetarian/Vegan cookbook ever. With this book on hand you can throw out all others! Haven't had an "icky" meal yet from this book.
Get it and enjoy being healthy!
Makes Being Vegan Easy and a Joy.......2007-05-25
Truly a must have for anyone enjoying a vegan diet. So many exquisite recipees with unique flavors, textures and visual appeal. When I first told my husband I wanted us to go vegan, he said no way. But I bought the book anyway and have been cooking out of it for three weeks almost every night straight and my husband has been delighted with every meal and has not complained once and doesn't even know he's eating vegan! These are unusual meals that are not too hard to prepare if you have a well stocked kitchen, you need the right tools for the job and you need to be willing to shop frequently as a vegan for the fresh foods these recipees require, but the results are well worth your effforts guaranteed. As an experienced cooking enthusiast, I highly recommend!
A winner, among the best vegan titles in print.......2007-05-16
If you're only going to buy one vegan cookbook, this is the one to get. Despite being nearly the size of a Manhattan phone directory, _Vegan Planet_ never sacrifices quality for quantity. Everything I've tried here is outstanding. And, whatever you do, don't miss Robin's "Vermicelli, Chickpeas, and Vegetables with Creamy Curry Sauce" (p. 264).
Perfect for every person and every occasion.......2007-05-13
I have been using this book for 2 years and have always found a recipe for the occasion, craving, or budget of the moment. The 3-bean dal is simply fantastic, as is the white bean and sage linguine. Heck, it's all great!
