Record labels insist on introducing more and more clones of the Backstreet Boys, with little distinction between them beyond facial hair patterns. Which is why 2gether is so brilliant. If you don't listen to the words, the farcical quintet--which became an overnight sensation thanks to strategic marketing and its aim of spoofing both Spinal Tap and Behind the Music: The Making of a Boy Band (should, God forbid, such a show have ever existed)--sounds exactly like all the rest of those prefab, hormonal four- and five-part harmony groups. Tune in closer, though: "The Hardest Part of Breaking Up (Is Getting Back Your Stuff)"--the title says it all--and "Sister," in which group members apologize for hooking up with one girl's (very) little sibling, prove that one sappy love song (or R&B-tinged pop song) sounds just like another, no matter what the words mean. With these cheesy tunes, you at least get a hearty laugh along with your fromage overdose. --Heidi Sherman

Excuse me, but..........2005-12-18
Anyways, heres my review.
All the guys have great voices, they are all different from each other. And, although Kevin Farley (Doug Linus) isn't the most talented singer, he gives it his all and still gives a great importance. Although he doesn't have a large part in all the songs, without him 2gether wouldn't be the band that they are.
Alex Solowitz (Mickey Parke) is undoubtably an extrememly talented singer (and actor), and his voice is the one that sticks out the most. He can go from very high pitched singing, to very, very low singing or rapping.
Noah Bastain (Chad Linus) also has a very noticeable and nice voice. He is really one of the greatest singers in the bands, and he really puts his all into every song he does. He is also a great actor who has done voice overs for cartoons & has starred in a few commercials.
Michael Cuccione (QT McKnight and/or Jason "QT" McKnight) in my opnion has the best voice. His voice also stands out the most to me. He is the youngest of the group. His voice is just, not like the others. His talents are also shown on the movies soundtrack, where he has a song that he wrote himself and he sings by himself. It's really sad that such a great performer passed away in 2001, and he will be dearly missed by all his fans.
Evan Farmer (Jerry O' Keefe) although he is the "heartthrob" of the band, and you'd think he'd be the most prominent singer, doesn't sing as much as Noah & Alex. But, he does have one song on the movie soundtrack thats about Jerrys girlfriend, Erin, in which he sings mostly. And he does a great job at it, too.
If the lineup in this band were any different, they wouldn't be the band that they became. In my honest opinion, there will never be another boyband/pop group that will ever compare to them. This is honestly one of the best boy band CDs you will ever buy, not only are the lyrics meaningful but some songs are also very funny and lighthearted. It's good for anyone who loves boybands or hates them, because as much as this is a boy band, they were meant to be a boy band spoof.

5GETHER- This song was very good. I loved the lyrics and the fast-moving tempo.(9.5 out of 10.0)
The Hardest Part of Breaking Up- Perfecto!! This song was perfect and there was absolutely nothing bad to say about it!(Perfect 10.0 out of 10.0)
Every Minute, Every Hour- Awesome! Loved the lyrics, and the background music alot!(Perfect 10.0 out of 10.0)
That's When I'll be Gone- Good. It wasn't the best but it was good enough. The lyrics and the tempo wasn't very good.(8.0 out 10.0)
Awesum Luvr- OK. It was kind of slow at times. This song just wasn't good.(7.0 out 10.0)
I Gave My 24-7 To You- Average. The tempo was slow and it sounded kind of like an opera song. This song was just not very fun and it didn't sound like 2GEtHER at all.(7.0 out of 10.0)
Right Where It Counts- What kind of song is this? This song was just odd.(6.5 out 10.0)
Sister- Good. This song would have been better though if it was a little faster and it would have captivated me more.(8.0 out of 10.0)
The Way You Do Me- It was pretty good. The song had a few minor problems occasionally, but it was very good!(8.5 out of 10.0)
You're The Only One That's Real- This song was good but just like some of the other songs, it was slow and it didn't totally captivate me but it was certainly good.(8.0 out of 10.0)
I Wanna Know Your Name- The first part of the song was ok. However, later on in the song it got better and better towards the end. It was superb!(9.0 out of 10.0)
U&U&ME- Very Good! The tempo was just right and the lyrics were good. (9.0 out of 10.0)
Regular Guy- Very unique. This song had a mixture of a slow tempo at times, a rock-n-roll tempo once, and a super fast tempo at times. I thought this was pretty cool and neat. Fantastic idea!(9.0 out of 10.0)
That's When I'll be Gone(Taco Version)- I thought this Taco Version song was much better than the regular "That's When I'll be Gone" song. A very good ending to this song(9.0 out of 10.0)
Hopefully my review will help you make a decision whether to buy this CD or not.
