Music for the child in you par excellence! I had the privilege of seeing Rolf Harris live on stage several times as a child - and through this album you can really enjoy the music of one of the world's best entertainers. Entertainer is a small word for this man - folksinger, songwriter, daddy-figure to millions, tribal griot of Aussie wit, .... all you miss on the CD is his fascinating paintings - he would do those live in seconds on stage and then sell them for donations to charity.

Up there with the greats - Raffi, Burl Ives, and then there's Rolf Harris !

Rolf Harris is ...in my opinion a legend !... one of a kind ...being an accordionist myself , I can relate to that type of music ! A classic for one and all.. Since my childhood , I have grown-up to Rolf Harris remembering ( Tie-Me-Kangaroo-Down )
and other great hits by him...He will live on forever in my books !

A real entertainer for kids.......2004-07-20

This album has entertained our family through many long car trips. The tunes are catchy, the words are hilarious. Rolf is a great entertainer. I enjoyed this album when I was a young boy and my kids now enjoy it - it is timeless. I must have heard it dozens of times but still am not tired of it. The lyrics are especially meaningful for Aussies and Kiwis but will have international appeal.

What wonderful memories this great digitally remastered CD brought back to me. My old LP's/ "records" and awesome & funny talent of Rolf Harris' music. What do kids get when they're 3-5 nowdays that's anything like this?

Aussie party music.......2006-08-20

I had an Aussie yard party and used the CD for a sing-a-long. It worked out great and we had a lot of fun singing with Rolf.
I didn't realize that he had made so many fun songs famous!

You might be familiar with the songs of Rolf Harris or maybe many years ago you heard the song "Tie Me Kangaroo Down Sport" and that brought you to this CD. Either way you will most certainly enjoy this collection of his songs. I didn't realize how talented he is and how much joy his songs bring until I added this CD to my collection. It brought back a lot of memories. Enjoy.

Classic Rolf.......2005-07-15

This album is for British expats who grew up listening to Rolf Harris. My only problem is the leaving out of "Two Little Boys", otherwise terrific. I bought this thinking my daughter (currently eight months) would enjoy it one day, but I find myself putting it on in the car on the way to work and singing along to "The Court of King Caractacus" or "Sun Arise". I love the sound of wobble boards in the morning...
