5 out of 5 stars You need to get this album!!!!.......2006-12-01

This is a great album. Anyone who likes Christian rock music with great lyrics needs to pick up this cd. I bought this cd when it first came out. "Faith like that" is about a true story Vince tells about being on an Indian reservation and a man being raised from the dead. The rest of teh songs including the hiden song after track 11 is good. Nice worship song. Some of teh songs are a bit slow. Overall, a great album to have as part of your collection.

3 out of 5 stars If you want a Christian 6teen Stone era Bush, pick this up!!!!.......2006-05-31

Yeah this CD is very early Bush-like in nature. There is a little bit of Nickelback and Creed too in there for flavor. Whoever said that Vince sounds like Dave Grohl should go have his head checked.....IMMEDIATELY!!!! Anyway, I'm gonna keep this short and sweet. The songs start to sound alike after a while but definitely the best tracks are "Watching You Die" and "Faith Like That". Worth getting if you like any of the above mentioned bands.

4 out of 5 stars Great Christian Rock... Not For Everyone.......2006-02-16

As I was surfing amazon I came across this album. I was in need of some christian rock... seeing as it is in short supply. This album is great, I most rock fans could enjoy this album. Some songs are better than others but for the most part every song is different and as its own appeal.

The Difference and Faith Like That really stand out in my mind. These two songs are great reminders of what being a christian is all about.

5 out of 5 stars One could almost confuse this with Foo Fighters.......2005-12-25

Vocalist sounds almost exactly like Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters on most of the songs. The cd starts out with Watching You Die, a hard hitting grunge anthem. Tracks 2, 3, 8 are also kinda hard grunge rock songs. The rest of the cd is slower paced music but still very catchy. This is a christian rock group, and it definitely shows in the lyrics, but whether you like christian music or not you owe it to yourself to pick this hard/soft rock gem up.

5 out of 5 stars Wow........2005-11-19

Jonah33 is simply an amazing band. They are more blunt than many Christian rock blands, which I feel is worthy of respect. Their lyrics are the most incredible I have heard. They go into territory where many other Christian bands fear to tread. Their first track, "Watching You Die," is about Christian apathy, and relates watching people physically die to watching them spiritually die, as many Christians do. The lyrics always match the music. I recommend this cd to anyone who wants to hear Christian Grundge with amazing lyrics. Their popularity, for some reason, is much less than it should be.

4 out of 5 stars Awesome if you like creed or bush.......2007-03-11

I got this cd after somebody brought it to my work and let me have a listen. I decided to get it. It reminds me a lot of both bush and creed somehow mixed with heavy christian lyrics.
Watching You Die gets peoples attention and holds it. It is a very preachy CD so people not into christian rock could get grumpy if you make them listen.
