ok cd.......2005-06-27
good cd but some of the songs are boring except project b&*%h. the best songs are project b*&%h by juve, lil' wayne, and big tymers and win or lose by rappin 4 tay
Same Ole Same Ol.......2004-03-22
Ca$h money's style at this point is getting old, they need to evolve soon. However, this album would have been better if they would have just stayed with the cash money roster. 8 Ball & MJG were not at their best and contributed little, Mack 10 try to blend Westside Gangsta with Bling Bling, sorry thats not going to work. Rappin 4 Tay, UGK, just did their thing, it was nothing special. However, there was a spark on the album besides the singles. That was BG's "Thugged OUt", thats a great song, you will love it. Each one of the Hot Boys did their own song, Turk's "Uptown" and Juve's "Rover Truck" great. Lil Wayne's "call me a killah" and both of his collaboration with unplugged were horrible, his scrachy voice with the down south accent is untolerable for me. Nas and the braveheart also appeared on the album, if you have listened to quality Nas music, that song is definitely a skipper. Both Skits were stupid. TQ was okay, jsut another R&B Singer. Lac and Stone are New Orleans natives, they should have had their own songs, they were holdin it down.

MC Breed Puts It Down For The 9 Nickel.......2007-04-20
Flint, Michigans's MC Breed comes back right after 1994's Funkafied with another one- Big Baller. This album is funky like the last one, but in a different vein. When I bought it, I expected some more deep fried funk like his last one The last one had a G-Funk (down south, west coast) feel to it; this one has a little more East Coast vibe, which is cool because Breed can adapt well to it, even though there is some G-Funk here too. The beat and vibe on "Real MC" is serious; the beat is hella hot and Breed lays down some slick flows; it is one that has a mesh between Down South and East Coast beats. "Sea Of Bud" is the loc'n joint with Too Short and Jibri; it has a G-Funk feel to it and is nice to ride to or to chill to. "You Slippin'" has an East Coast beat in the vein of Erick Sermon or The Roots, very jazzy, a neat battle rap collabo with Mighty Joe Riz. "What Do You Get" is mad funky with a mob style gangster hook and nice funky somewhat southern or west coast beat. Another East Coast vibin' song is "Game For Life" with dope scratches and decent flow from Breed. This album is tight, and I highly recommend it, but Funkafied is even better. Also, check out DFC's 1994 thumper Things In Tha Hood for more of that unfadeable Flint Michigan Playalistics and Gangsterism!
A good album over all........2001-03-19
The album is pretty good. Sea of Bud is cool.
M.C. Breed.......2000-06-20
M.C. Breed's cd is so lame I bet an old immature album was better than this lame stuff. I felt that he should be more creative and write better rhymes. His rhymes sounds like he made them on the toilet. Like he just felt like saying something. He reminds me of Master P because what he says does not need to be said. Just like that UGGH that Master P does, does not need to be done. I feel that he just says things that he talks about on his record just to get a dollar or just to be like everybody else who curses and talks about women.
