This collection comes under the heading of little known works by well-known composers. The title of the CD, "French Romanticism", is very apt, as the list of composers represented reads as a veritable who's who of French composers of the romantic period.

If you are looking for a good organ recording containing pieces with which you would probably not be familiar, give this CD a try and experience these works, most likely, for the first time.

I recieved this CD as a gift and I absolutely love it. I've found myself playing it in my kitchen CD player, and it's been the background music as I've prepared many meals, and even eaten romantic diners with my husband. The music is so beautiful and really helps me relax. It's also a wonderful CD to play for babies and young children to expose them to all the benefits of classical music, and yet is very enjoyable for parents as well. Highly recommended!
