There is no music by Ponce in this album. The disc takes its name from a piece by Oliva. That, I believe is not the best interpretation on the disk. I highly recomend track 13, that makes the whole disk worth it. The effects on the Huapango are very well thought out and executed. The group is exquisitely together 100% of the time. The recording is excellent. Buy it!
