All of Perlman and Barenboim's performances of the Mozart violin sonatas are exceptional. Their phrasing and interplay display the finest in musicianship, and the digital recording is splendid. I would suggest looking for the Deutsche Grammonphon 4 disc box set by Perlman and Barenboim. It is an excellent value, and you will want all of the sontatas, and not just K378-380 after hearing the magic these two musicians make together. Highly recommended.
