Astonishing performance.......2000-03-04

The Lohengrin aria ( in Swedish) is in every way superior to the 1952 recording, and gives a small glimpse into what was left undone in his short life.

A bonus is a big excerpt from the 1960 Stockholm Trovatore, where he sounds rather baritonal and a bit tired, but still gives a performance which will make your hair stand on end.
