      This inexpensive release gives terrific value. It's great Mozart in an extremely stylish performance by the Camerata of the Mozarteums. The acoustic of the recording is rather reverberant, but this serves to enhance the ceremonial nature of the Serenade. If you don't know the Haffner, do not be misled by the title "serenade." This is full-fledged symphonic Mozart that stands comparison to the best of his symphonies and concertos.

      Just a great recording.
