About the Artist
Andrew Nielsen (a.k.a. Lars Horris) was born in Berkeley, California on October 6th, 1982. Ever since he was a baby, Andrew has always had an interest in music and performance art. Growing up in the culturally diverse city of Oakland, Andrew later moved to Monterey in 1992. He then moved in the quiet town of Carmel Valley, with his parents, sister, cat, and dog. The second album from the Monterey Bay Area's Lars Horris, featuring smoother beats and funkier guitar riffs than his debut. Lars' hip-hop style has greatly evolved on this CD, seen in his laid back rhymes and unique delivery. Lyrical topics include such issues as eating bugs, the Southern abolitionist John Brown, messing up on the S.A.T.'s, and Lars' wonderful cat Donald.
