About the Artist
Apostle Dr. C.E. Proctor has set the stage in gospel music for the upcoming generation. He is the Pastor of Destiny Fellowship Church located in Arlington, Texas. He has traveled across the United States preaching the gospel in various crusades and conferences. During the course of his ministry, Apostle Proctor has worked in partnership with national artists such as Vicki Winans, The Williams Brothers, the late Rev. James Moore and many other national recording artists and ministers. Apostle Proctor first launched his musical career in 1996 when he started his own record company labeled Texas Style Records and produced his first artist, 2003 Stella Award Nominee, The Texas Boyz with their album entitled It’s Gods Decision in 1996. A year later Apostle Proctor produced KGGR 1040 AM Gospel Radio Station Choir in Dallas, Texas. Since then he has continued his song writing and musical production to include his current Single I AM DETERMINED by Apostle C.E. Proctor and the DFW Community Choir which was released on February 16, 2004. Followed by the release of a new album in the Mid of 2004.
