About the Artist
LEoN MilMORE is a four piece group that is focused on the positive sonic waves that are emitted from the music that they create. "What the hell does that mean?" Simply put it means that the four members of Leon believe that the music comes first and all else is secondary. Based in Richmond, VA, LEoN MilMORE has brought about a resurgence of acoustic-pop music. Since the release of their first album, "Under a Green Sun," they have been featured on the CMJ Certain Damage National Compilation and have had multiple songs licensed to MTV's Road Rules and Disney's Z-Games. Currently, the band is receiving airplay on over 100 college radio stations, and as one can hear from the bands second album, Amphibian, the groups energy and live abilities are second to none. LEoN MilMORE is working hard touring and preparing a new album for the fall of 2000. LEoN MilMORE is the FINAL answer for great new music!

    I caught Mariner live at a club in Jacksonville. He was excellent on the keyboards and his programming is tight. Naked grass is an excellent track that many will enjoy.

        Where can you find better music? NOWHERE. Leon Milmore has managed to capture some different variations of styles to make this recording as stellar and amazing as it is. With songs like "Waiting" and "Soul" this band shows it is strong and realistic, and will more than likely continue to make great music and become a household name.

            Hey, it's marvellous. After they debut "Eternal Happiness" they have come up with great songs once again. So sad they split up after this album, because it didn't "sell out"... Well, what a pity! I think it was a great band, and even with just 2 albums they have moved something in my life. I love songs like "Show me your pain" or "Love it Bleeds", and it's once again a very good mixture of pop songs with this special alternative rock style... Really great and something very special in an ordinary world!
