As if the music wasn't bad enough.......2001-12-27

This biography gave me oh so much insight into what a great artistic soul Fred Durst is. I can't believe how much he used to practice his guitar in his garage, writing sincere introspective songs just for himself and not caring at all about what sells records or what's going on with MTV. Just like Kurt Cobain and Jimmy Hendrix before him, Fred always promised himself never to sell-out. He refused to embrace the mainstream or dumb down any of his music just for the sake of pleasing the masses. And when his music became popular, he was constantly battling his record company for the right of creative control of his music. God, I wish I was Fred.

Yea, I guess it was good if your a semi-fan. But a die-hard fan like myself was very dissapointed. Not only did they forgot to mention their artistic integrity they also forgot to mention there harsh struggle to rise to the top. Overall somebody didn't do their homework. Very dissapointed......(total sarcasm)

Ghastly Purveyors of Malice and Hatred.......2000-10-12

So here I am taking time out of my busy schedule to let you and maybe a few other people know that Limp Bizkit refuses to do anything for itself. To start, Limp Bizkit's reasoning is circular and therefore invalid. In other words, it always begins an argument with its conclusion (e.g., that it should peddle the snake oil of mindless anti-intellectualism because "it's the right thing to do") and therefore -- not surprisingly -- it always arrives at that very conclusion. True, Limp Bizkit once told its worshippers, "Hey, let's all go out and deploy enormous resources in a war of attrition against helpless citizens!" (or words to that effect), but Limp Bizkit not only lies, but it brags about its lying to its dupes. The sexism "debate" is not a debate. It is a harangue, a politically motivated, brilliantly publicized, unsympathetic attack on progressive ideas. Limp Bizkit has taken it upon itself to replace intellectual integrity with crude sloganeering. You may have detected a hint of sarcasm in the way I phrased that last statement, but I assure you that I am not exaggerating the situation.

In retrospect, Limp Bizkit has always been more crass than most ghastly purveyors of malice and hatred. Are you prepared to discuss this, Limp Bizkit? More concretely, there are vainglorious freeloaders in our midst. Let me rephrase that: Those of us who are too lazy or disinterested to put the kibosh on Limp Bizkit's philippics have no right to complain when it and its buddies worsen an already unstable situation. I correctly predicted that Limp Bizkit would compromise the things that define us, including integrity, justice, love, and sharing. Alas, I didn't think it'd do that so effectively -- or so soon. Help me get the facts out in the hope that somebody else will do something to solve the problem. Join your hands with mine in this, the greatest cause of our time.
