The Hustlaz Guide to the Universe

Editorial Reviews
Album Description
LABTEKWON, the lord of the real underground, has forged an international reputation with street wise beats and meta-spherical lyricism. Using the Parliment Funkadelic concept album as a creative schema, Labtek has fermented a elliptical body of rhythmic interpolations that we here at Morphius are calling URBAN SUREALISM.

The narrative coil of the album is the Hitch Hiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, transformed by Labtek’s words and sounds into the HUSTALZ GUIDE TO THE UNIVERSE. As with Douglass Adam’s science fiction farce, Lab’s journey as a "hustla" is both biting and satirical, sonically documenting the perigrinations of the master rapper negotiating the cultural diction of a mutated American urban landscape.

The first vinly EP features five new tracks, hard hitting beats reaffirming LABTEKWON’S reputation as one of the true innovators of hip-hop subculture.
