About the Artist
In 1987 I spent a lot of time writing and working on materials I felt could be motivating to many listeners. Setting up performances in different areas and small clubs down town Dallas Texas at the West End was also a wonderful challenge during that time.Things got stagnant for a while and I moved to Los Angeles in 1992 for about six years working a nine to five job and playing my guitar on my spare time. In early 1998 I return to Dallas and join up with Nimrod (my nephew) who had the same interest in music that I have and always display firms stand in something he believes in. This is exactly what I needed, some one to stand by my side and believe with me in my dream. I went to God as I always do and prayed about starting up with this dream and taking it to fruition. I felt that this is what he wanted me to do and sent (Ninja) Nimrod to stand by my side. At least four times a week we met at his house and for two to four hours a day we would practice earnestly with much determination and faith that one day we will be successful. Five years later Jah has CALL US TO A PROCLAMATION. I'm proud of the completion of my cd and what it has to offer to the world.
