A native of Detroit, Michigan, Lisa now calls Washington, DC her home.

A very promising jazz/classical singing career vanished during a difficult time when Lisa struggled to remain sober. Now, more than ever, Lisa realizes that it doesn't matter how far you've fallen, you can rise and walk anew by the grace of God. "While I was yet a sinner...before I was cleaned up...before I stopped drinking and drugging...before I could love you or myself...Christ died for me. By His blood I am cleansed and made whole."
