fun & frolicsome...& they've obviously nurtured their talents in the garage,... one lined with fluorescent wallpaper & Beach Buggy!

Album Description
And then it was said, “Here is Hi-Fidelity, use it well my children!” ...And so those crazy Oscillators took to the studio for their Sophomore effort, Incog-Neat-o! This time ’round the amps are louder, the harmonies sweeter, and the suspense greater. How will the Oscillators top the stunning success of their first Stereorrific release (which charted in the CMJ Top 200 for 8 weeks)? The secret answer: They don’t have to—they’re “Incog-neat-o!”

Miss Mary eases over to the microphone for “Gimme Gimme,” “Something Like You,” and the big-beat sound of “Don’t Look Back,” while Samantha tears up the the teenage anthem No Way! and the high school drama “Revenge on Sandy.” Joel does some Mickey Dolenz (ala “Stepping Stone”) on the runaway track “Be Mine Now” and a little Mick Swagger on the days of the week song “I Can’t Wait ‘Til Friday Comes.” M@ rides the low-end surf waves on “Doug Buggy” and the title track, and everyone knows it’s Wendy pounding away behind it all.

The Oscillators are back in a brand new Hi-Fi Adventure. Check ’em out, and discover what’s Incog-neat-o! Produced by Joel Mellin (Unbunny, Miss Mary) & Pete Weiss (Willard Grant Conspiracy, Doug Yule, Charlie Chesterman)

5 out of 5 stars fun garage surf pop with girls!.......2005-06-15

this is the perfect album for your beach blanket bingo party or fourth of july BBQ. all the songs are fun rockers with organ and surf beat. if you like the poppy lady vocals, also check out the miss mary album Hey Blue. and hey, don't buy this for $39.99 from some joker selling a promo copy that was intended to go to a college radio station...c'mon!

5 out of 5 stars Absolutely Freakin' AWESOME!!.......1999-08-11

This band is the first and last word in groovy, retro surf rock. TWO-FISTED FARFISA ACTION!! The music tracks are fun and upbeat, and the vocals are totally grrrl and in your face. Play it at the beach during a game of beach blanket bingo, or at a swingin' shindig with groovy shapely kittens and smoky cool cats. In the words of Emperor Palpatine, "You want this."
