This debut CD from Youngstown,Ohio Composer/Producer/Musician Jere B is Jam Packed with Soulful,Jazzy Funk tracks performed by the "Virtual Band," SOUNDOCTRINE, which boasts a potpourri of talented Vocalists and Musicians from in and around Northeastern Ohio.

Dubbed the "Tiny Quincy Project," each track features a different artist, yet lyrically weaves together a message of Hope, Joy and Perseverance in maintaining the Christian Lifestyle.

The music itself twists and turns through a variety of styles, which when fused together is entitled by its producer, ‘Alternative Christian Funk’

The CD is awesome! For this to be incipient(or the begining) I look forward to hearing more from these extremely talented individuals. This CD is for the person that truly enjoys quality music and not just a "beat"...This is feel good music at it's best. For me the CD satisfied the Jazz, Funk and Soul element that I enjoy as well as a spiritual vibe which is also very important. I want to personally thank Mr. Jere B. for sharing his gift of song with me and with the world--Thank You and continued success, and may GOD BLESS!

This music sounds like The Sounds of Blackness crahes into George Duke while listening to the Hawkins Family on the way to Quincy Jones House!! You can't quite put your finger on it, but SOUNDOCTRINE has locked onto something uniquely different but pleasantly familiar, while remaining outside of the umbrella of Contemporary Christian Music. It's definitely not geared to everyone, yet having the universal message of the Gospel expressed through practical everyday lyrics, you cannot help being drawn to it, no matter where you come from!!
