About the Artist
Drew Young keeps a messy house, eats Cajun food and tunes his guitars to a splendid perfection. His house is covered in grist, perhaps the fairy dust of songwriting. It is very much like the New Orleans French Quarter, where drinking and celebrations matter, and friendships are strong and priceless, and where Drew lived for four years and still lives in residency. The stereo is perfectly equalized; the instruments lay round the teacups in castings befitting their Walking Man demeanor.
