Wonderful early score from Brian.......2003-10-01

Brian keeps impressing me with score after score.
He can only get better and his quality of work
is quite high. This is excellent score to get
an idea of where Brian is coming from. The main theme
is really good. Jazz makes its appearance in the 13th track
Jane & Collins. Track 14 does present us with a stunning
classical music piece which unfortunately lasts 45 seconds.
This score is well worth your money, overall.

Dreaming of Euro-Dance.......2007-07-18

I am so so so happy I bought this CD. I loved 2 Brothers on the 4th Floor back in 1995 and I did not know I could order them again on Amazon. Man, what a good purchase!

The tracks are all good but only for people who like Euro-Dance from 1993-1995. This is the very image of the sound from that time period. If you don`t like Euro-Dance then don`t buy this album and I don`t recommend it.

Basically, if you liked 2Unlimited, Culture Beat, Cappella, Captain Hollywood Project, and Early Moby, you will definately like this.

One of the best eurodance albums !!!!!.......2004-01-19

You like eurodance ? This is a must have !!!!!!! I'm sure you know that band, you surely listened to it on the radio. Don't You remember the tracks "Dreams", "Can't Help Myself", "Never Alone", "Let Me Be Free" ?? Those 4 were big hits. Here is the tracklist, and my ratings:

As you can see my favourites are "Do It", "Dance With Me", "Can't Help Myself" & "Turn Da Music Up". These 4 tracks are AMAZING, "Do It" and "Dance With Me" are 2 powerful euro-tracks. "Can't Help Myself" & "Turn Da Music Up" are the first 2 and, in my opinion, their best singles. But the other tracks are nice too !!!! A must buy for eurodance lovers.

The lyrics are downright genius. The song "Souls on Fire" is outstanding; it moved me in ways no other song has ever been able to. The singer's voice is not only melodic but dreamy. I cannot wait for the next album release.

Employing an interesting mélange of lyrics and harmonies, 4th Floor offers an original sound that demonstrates the group's clear intent to remain true to the art of songwriting, even if it means forsaking overnight success. Soothing and soulful, 4th Floor is an up-and-coming band with trans-generational appeal. The music is pure and this, I believe, renders it outstanding.

Cool dance track!!.......2001-02-15

2 Brothers On The 4th Floor is one of my favorite Euro-Dance groups. Why?? Because they are one of the most consistent groups. I have never heard a song by this group that is not good. LIVING IN CYBERSPACE is yet another nice track from this dance outfit. It is a trancy little song that has cool sound effects and a nice beat. The vocals are a little weaker here than on other 2 Brothers On The 4th Floor songs, but it is so completely worth a listen. This song definitely does its job - it will have you up on your feet dancing. I am beginning to wonder, though, where their new album is. I have been hearing about it, but have never seen it for sale. If anyone knows of its whereabouts, please e-mail me. It should be an awesome piece of work!

Trans-X revisited..........2001-02-09

I knew that eventually this tune would come back to haunt me in the best of ways! It was way too infectious when Trans-X released it as "Living On Video" back in the late 80's, and it's just as fun now in the new millennium.

Hats off to re-energizing Hi-NRG beats from back in the day!

Nice Attempt From Under-Rated Group.......2000-08-24

"2 Brothers On The 4th Floor" are a group that put out single after single, with little or no recognition. They have the supremely stunning LIVING IN CYBERSPACE and the beyond-excellent THE SUN WILL BE SHINING, among many others. HEAVEN IS HERE is one that ranks pretty good. quality-wise. The beat is fairly good and will keep dancefloors across the world bumpin'. The vocals and instrumentation are great. However, the main chorus just is not that catchy. There are some cool parts to the overall sound, though, that kind of make up for the lack of a good chorus. It took a couple of times listening to this song for it to grow on me, but it has a danceable quality that Euro-dance fans will appreciate. If anyone has any information on albums from 2 Brothers On The 4th Floor, please let me know. They are a very hard group to get anything from.

A single without anything new.......2000-07-23

2 brothers on the 4th floor have during the 90's managed to get a name in the 'euro-dance'. Trough several singles such as 'never alone', 'dreams', and 'fairytales' just to name a few they have shown that they really CAN make songs that the people and most likely their fans enjoy listening to and dancing to. unfortunately this single don't give us anything new, nothing that we haven't heard them doing before, except for the title, the melody and the text. everything else is exactly as they were when they first started. and by doing that, you feel like they think that the time hasn't gone since their first single.

Only real fans of 2 brothers on the 4th floor, who has all the singles would/should be interesting in this cd. cause this song hasn't got anything new. it is old euro-dance (from the early 90's) nothing else!

hopefully the album that's coming, most likely in the fall this year will give us something NEW!
