Customer Reviews:
Three sublime live tracks.......2005-12-01
The other reviews of this CD seem to refer to another "Violently Happy" single, which includes remixes of that track. This disc includes the studio recording (from "Debut") and three live tracks, no remixes. In my opinion these are the most beautiful, sparkling live tracks Björk has ever released. In a catalog full of studio songs and remixes and complete concerts and TV appearances and on and on, these three together are glistening gems that will really delight lovers of Björk's music. (Packaged in a unique variety of slim jewel case with a tracklisting sleeve and lyrics to "Violently Happy".)

The best on here by far are the two hyper dance remixes by Fluke. I listen to the others occasionally. The Vox mix has some interesting ideas coupled with bad ones. For the love of Bjork and Fluke, though, if you love music that makes you feel like flying, buy this ... most especially for that Bjork-essential: the Fluke Well Tempered mix. The only other essential recording of the song (aside from the original) you'll need then is the raw-energied live one available on one of the I Miss You singles.
Bjork -- What's not to love..........2000-07-01
Wonderful. If you do not have, or never heard this, get it now! Possibly one of Bjork's best songs (if you can even choose!) Bjork's lyrics and ability to remix one song seven times and make it sound like seven different songs is amazing. She truly is phenomenal!
