About the Artist
Neko Negra is the brainchild of Robert Grover, a multi instrumentalist composer based in Los Angeles California. The debut from this Los angeles native combines the moody angst , romance, and melodic sense of the Cure with the gritty sleaze and bump and grind of My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult and the Lords of Acid. Sensuous vocals, skanky guitars, pulsating synths, throbbing basses, and blunted beats bathed in the neon lights of the Sunset Strip are what makes Neko Negra the perfect soundtrack to that 3 a.m. drive on a deserted downtown street after the clubs let out and the real party begins.
