5 out of 5 stars For all those confused people out there...this is a promo!.......2005-12-04

This is not a CD single, but a one track promo. That's why Amazon never has it. You can't just buy this at a store. As for those above not knowing track listings for imports, check the web...there are many discographies and collector forums that can give you that info.

4 out of 5 stars Yes, this elusive single does exist!.......2002-11-03

I know what you're thinking. Amazon has had this CD single listing for quite a while, and it's never been in-stock. You're starting to think it doesn't exist, right? Well, it does. And I have good news and bad news for it. The good news is that it comes in a cardboard sleeve (a la Off He Goes CD single), it's all white on the front with red text "Do the Evolution" in the middle, with a small Yield triangle in the corner ("taken from" text). The font used is the exact same as it is for D.T.E. in the album Yield's liner notes. On the back it has all the wonderful track listing info such as who wrote it, track time, ASCAP info, etc. The CD itself was printed on exactly like the old school Pearl Jam Epic singles were (i.e. Daughter, Go, Oceans, Even Flow, etc.) The only difference is instead of a blue Epic line it's black, as is the rest of the printing on the CD. OK, ready for the bad news now? It's only 1 track for D.T.E. (album version). Yes, that's all it is. I still recommend purchasing it if you can find it (which if you do it will most likely be an Independent record store as I did in Palo Alto, CA) as it's sure to be a collector's item, and hey; it's P.J.! I give it 4 stars because it is pretty neat, great song, but the greedy P.J. fan in me wished they would have put an extra track on it. Oh well. Now you know fellow P.J. fans.

5 out of 5 stars track listing... duh!.......2002-06-14

come on.. people have been suggesting about additional information (read the T I T L E)...
      Do something, appreciate your customers.

5 out of 5 stars ditto on the track listing.......1999-08-30

I agree that you need to have a track listing on your import CD singles. Sometimes there are songs on these CDs that you can't get elsewhere. If there ARE such songs on the single, I'll probably buy it. Without this information though, I won't buy it.

5 out of 5 stars How about a TRACK LISTING???.......1999-07-01

Could you people over at Amazon please consider compiling all the track listings for Pearl Jam's import singles? It's difficult to decide whether or to buy a single when one does not know what Pearl Jam gems may be on it aside from the title track. Imports, especially, should contain track listings because purchasers are looking for material that cannot be purchased on domestic releases and paying a premium for it. A lot of the titles sound enticing, however, I will not risk purchasing a CD without knowing what I'm getting. A smart purchaser is an INFORMED purchaser. Caveat Emptor.
