      This album is a MUST HAVE for any hard rock music lover, thought I don't want to pigeon-hole Slender -- they do an amazing cover of Johnny Cash's Big River. Each song rolls into the next and you'll be left wanting more. The production is great and really does the band justice. I can't say enough!!! Do yourself a favor and buy this album.

      I first heard this song on the radio a few days before the October 2000, LDS, General Confrence. And knowing the radio station that I was listening to, I was readdy to change the station as soon as I felt that the song was a derrogatory peice about the church; being confrence weekend and all, but it wasn't. I listened to the whole song, and trully enjoyed it's gitaur, drums and vocals, which are more active than the hymn, alive with vibrant energy moving all over the scale. THIS IS A REFRESHING KOSHER ALTERNATIVE MUSIC VERSION, holding true to the lyrics, of the mormon pioneer who wrote the song in the first place, and is one that I would highly recomend to anny semenary teacher, missionary, bishop and to the young men and young womens assoications. CCYS is an awsome song that points toward an untaped rescource in music; Adapting music formerlly hidden in the religous hymn books, and bringing them out into the light as more contemporrary alternative radio virsons, while holding true to the words of the origonal authors. I don't know how anny of the other songs on this disk are, because I coulden't find it in anny of the stores. So I can't say more about it, but I do know that I will enjoy the rest of the disk.
