About the Artist
The Gecko Club was formed in 1994 by songwriter/guitarist Andrew D. Huber in Minneapolis, MN. An early demo attracted the attention of at least one producer, and the band recorded a 3-song demo, "Been Nowhere," that received rave reviews from (now defunct) Cake magazine, drawing comparisons to the Chills and Robyn Hitchcock.
