About the Artist
Ren Cummins has been a student of music since his 6th birthday, traveling from violin to saxophone to guitar to piano. The new influence of middle eastern and celtic music have begun to add new levels and experiences to his music. He is a resident of the pacific northwest, and is now working with the MI6 Cyberphonic Workshop in the evolution of new projects and albums, currently in production.

Album Description
A blend of new age and adult contemporary music, this album folds delicate melodies and piano foundations into percussive storms, accompanied by the occasional bolt of lightning. A handful of vocal arrangements pepper the mix of synth, sampler and guitars, while the haunting sounds of dulcimer and harpsichord fade into the distance.

A very enjoyable album. It is perfect for Sunday morning with coffee or during a nice drive in the country. I listen to if often and never tire of it. The instrumentals are fantastic and the vocals really add to the layers of tranquil beauty. I would have to say it one of my top 5 favorite albums. I only wish Ren would come out with more.
