"Hard Earned Day" is JilFlirter's forth full length album and was recorded in the winter of 1999 to be released in fall 2000.

This is a hit album, as it is an appreciable meld of JilFlirter's growing talent and fills a position as an edgy blend of songs ranging from mystical dirges to upbeat poppy sugardrops. A wonderful listening album and yet each song stands firmly as a hit in itself.
