Album Description
The sound of a mack truck in motion down a dirty highway isn't usually the first thought that comes into one's head when they are listening to music, but Spoon haven't ever played by the rules. There's a buoyant positivity to this song that's absolutely infectious. Requisite hand claps round out the package nicely. Wide cuts of distortion distract, making the listener feel like driving through the border fences, flooring the accelerator and heading straight for the airport runway. This enhanced CD features the title track backed with 'Monkey Business', 'It Took A Rumor To Make Me Wonder' & the video 'I Turn My Camera On'. Matador. 2005.

One of those fantastic overlooked CD that not a lot of people have heard about. This woman has a incredible voice!! Its a shame more people dont know about her. Songs range from every type of mood to incredibly soulful to shake you bootie around the house (or where ever, LOL) to even one gospel song that even got me singing along to it! ..the rock upbeat "Nursery Rhyme" song is a COOL little hip song that kids will love. Ding Dong Daddy one of my personal favorites from this CD, one of my all time Favorite CD's. If you are into great 50s soulful rock,R&B,or Swing-Buy it.
