Three cheers for anyone who skips down roads not taken, but records as eclectic as this one are what keep David Byrne from approaching the level of success he had with the Talking Heads. Most intriguing here are the tracks co-produced with U.K. trip-hoppers Morcheeba, among them "Daddy Go Down," which mixes Asia Minor with Ashley MacIsaac's backwoods fiddle stomp. Meanwhile, Mark Mothersbaugh brings a hint of Devo lunacy to "Wicked Little Doll," while the Luaka Bop Latin touch shows up on "Miss America." --Jeff Bateman --This text refers to the Audio CD edition.

Very good show which I hadn't heard of..........2007-05-13
I was very into theatre in high school and college and thought I was up on most musicals, but had never heard of this show until recently. It's comprised of three short stories which were adapted into the musical format. The first two stories are tied together very well, although the last seems tacked on. But the songs are catchy and it's fairly easy to figure out what's happening simply by listening to the songs. There are two songs which are tied for my favoritism: "It's a Fish" from Adam and Eve and "You Are Not Real" from Passionella. Check it out.
THE APPLE TREE (1966 ORIGINAL BROADWAY CAST).......2007-04-10
IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I WENT TO THE REVIVAL OF THE APPLE TREE ON BROADWAY IN NEW YORK CITY AND LOVED THE SCORE BUT THERE WASN'T A SOUNDTRACK AVAILABLE SO I PURCHASED THE ORIGINAL VERSION AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!
I still remember these songs after 40 years.......2006-11-05
I saw this show on the stage when it first ran, and have never forgotten it. The key to a good Broadway show is this question: Are you humming the songs when you leave the theatre? In the case of The Apple Tree, the answer is a resounding "Yes." I have been waiting 40 years for this show to be revived, and I have tickets for the revival opening in December at the Roundabout. I hope not to be disappointed, for the trio of Barbara Harris, a very young Alan Alda, and the late Larry Blyden were terrific. The three-part concept can be jarring because just when you're getting into the story, it ends -- but just enjoy the kind of songs they just don't write anymore.
Really 2.5.......2006-07-25
SO this is another show thats actually three one acts. The first "The Diary of Adam and Eve" is the best by far. It has really cute songs and nice plot. Thats the only reason I rounded this up from 2.5 to 3 stars. The rest of the show is nothing great. "Lady and Tiger" is short and boring. And "Passionella" is exactly what it sounds like, a knock off of Cinderella. But hey, its a good show for collectors and "The Diary of Adam and Eve" is nice. Favorite Song: "Its A Fish"
Boring material that you forget very easily.......2006-06-29
According to some reviews, this musical was supposed to be very good and I bought it. Unfortunately, I was quite dissapointed. It's composed of three different tales, the first one referring to the Adam & Eve biblical story. The lyrics here are very silly and tedious. The second tale, "The Lady or the Tiger?" contains songs that are simply awful, probably the worst ever written for a Broadway show. The third story, "Passionella", contains music that does nothing to make things better. The album contains a good informative booklet in English, German, French & Italian (as Sony uses to do)which says that Time magazine defined this show as "three moldy figs". I entirely agree. I would recommend this musical to those suffering from insomnia: it will put them to sleep right away.

Album Description
Kaipa, the band based around mastermind Hans Lundin, has been spearheading the Swedish progressive rock scene since 1975. Their most recent work, Angling Feelings, is adorned with traditional progressive rock music with a decent helping of folk and jazz and features the striking vocalization of Patrik Lundström, also known for work with his other band, Ritual.

More of the same.......2007-07-19
This new phase of Kaipa unfortunately does not live up to its own legend - that is, the band that recorded the first three albums in the 1970s.
My favourite piece from this album is the second track, The Glorious Silence Within, featuring a sunny melody on flute. Very good.
However, Angling Feelings, like the other albums since the band's reformation, is full of fast-paced, arpeggiated music and songs that sound like each other, leaving me cold. I'm not fond of very virtuosistic music all the time (I've never enjoyed ELP for example). What makes things worse are the vocals and lyrics, some of which are actually embarrassing.
Maybe the music is affected by the fact that this is a side project for the band members, except for Kaipa mastermind Hand Lundin (I'm not sure if this is still true). In fact, much of the music reminded me of another side project, Liquid Tension Experiment, by members of Dream Theater. But LTE is an instrumental affair, excluding the potentially dangerous variable of vocals, and it works better.
Here's an example of another fantastic Swedish prog band from the 1970s that resurrected with way better results, recording a reunion album that is instantly recognizable as their own, and at the same time modern and exciting: Trettioåriga Kriget. Kriget works as a real band, would that be the solution for Kaipa?
I'm truly sorry for being so negative. The original Kaipa is one of my favourite bands, it's really fantastic music, emotional and touching, with one song sounding different to the other yet all with the same very unique flavour of the old Kaipa. That's one reason for me to be so critical of the new version of this band. However, the new Kaipa is slowly evolving with each album, even though Mindrevolutions (the previous release) gave me a better impression than Angling Feelings. Let's hope their evolution continues. I'll be here when the next album is released, and I hope to be surprised so I can buy it!
Kaipa's best so far........2007-06-17
While I think The Tangent was mortally wounded by the deparature of Stolt, I did not notice him missing here. Granted he is a guitar god in all his endeavors but give the rest of Kaipa the credit they deserve.
I think Angling Feelings actually stronger than Mindrevolutions and Keyholder. I also think the Inside Out Label brings out the best in all their acts.
Perfectly balanced melodic keyboards and guitar with great lyrics and singing too. ProgRock at its best.
No Stolt, but still great..........2007-06-06
After Roine Stolt announced his departure from all his side projects, including The Tangent and Kaipa, everyone was worried about the band's future. Thankfully, band leader Hans Lundin didn't take another twenty-year break, but actually sat down and wrote and produced the whole album on his own. The results are more than satisfying; those who enjoyed Kaipa's previous two albums, Mindrevolutions and Keyholder, will certainly find a lot to latch onto on Angling Feelings.
Roine Stolt has been replaced by Scar Symmetry axeman Per Nilsson, whose performance here is a testimony to his diversity. None of his death metal roots have bled over into the Angling Feelings songs; rather, Nilsson's playing eerily evokes that of Stolt, with strong emphasis on improvised jazz solos and melodic content. His phrasing may not have the immediacy of Stolt's, but he is more than welcome as a replacement. Contrary to the previous albums, this record carries a stronger folk influence, in part thanks to the flute contribution of Fredrik Lindquist. Also a Ritual member like vocalist Patrik Lundstrom, Lindquist inject healthy doses of flute melodies into songs like "The Glorious Silence Within", defined by a sweet string arrangement, beautifully strummed acoustic guitars, and mesmerizing electric solos topped by Lundin's trademark piano playing. Similarly, the twelve-minute "The Fleeting Existence of Time" is almost entirely based on improvised soundscapes driven by agile melodies, Swedish folk music elements, and both male and female vocals. Aleena Gibson still sings as beautifully as ever, but Patrik Lundstrom's vocals also play an important role on this album.
The rhythm section consisting of drummer Morgan Agren (Mats Morgan, Fredrik Thordendal) and bassist Jonas Reingold (The Flower Kings) is solid as a rock. Much like Mindrevolutions, Reingold's bass playing slowly pushes some Kaipa songs into Karmakanic territory, where the bass is mostly utilised liberally. Morgan Agren is a godly drummer, but little of his skills come to the fore here (check the drum intro and percussion of "Broken Chords" for an exception), but he serves the songs perfectly. Hans Lundin answers Per Nilsson's wide-ranging guitar work with a diverse blend of keyboard sounds, laying down cascades of Hammond, Moog, piano as well as contributing vocals. His solo at the end of "Pulsation" is gorgeous; while his symphonic keyboards on "Solitary Pathway" provide the necessary sound cosmos to the funky rhythms and jam-like free flow of the composition.
"Path of Humbleness" marries the greatest aspects of this album into nine minutes of intense prog rock. Gentle flute melodies, funky rhythms, gorgeous piano colourings, and Aleena Gibson's emotive vocals. The guitar playing is packed with spontaneity and interlaced carefully within the song.
The one setback of the album is that it brings absolutely nothing new to the table. Rather, it continues in the same styles of its predecessors, while also slightly lacking the focused songwriting exposed on most of Roine Stolt's material. Still, Angling Feelings is a gem if you like prog rock firmly rooted in the 70's.

Better Than I Thought It Would Be.......2005-09-17
If you love big, beautiful produced mid 60s baroque folk pop with great singing, then you will like this. I also recommend P.F. Sloan's Anthology (the producer of this album and writer of many Grass Roots songs).
PRIME MELODIC POP.......1999-08-24
This is a beautiful CD representing most of their best work. More depth than their fame suggests for sure, and lots of fun. The melodies and the harmonies are sublime for the most part. Please bear in mind that my main interests are psychedelia and the 60's frisco scene!!

Classical music for children has become a genre unto itself, founded on the premise of brain-power building and all too often steering parental buyers away from the full-blown versions of particular compositions toward reorchestrated renditions. It's frequently the case that a brain-tickling classical set will be played on digital keyboards, with softened tonal colors and shapes. Not so with this excellent Beethoven set. Recognized ensembles take up the music, from the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center to the New York Chamber Symphony to the Oxford String Quartet and the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra. The emphasis is on Beethoven's gentler side, from the poetic "Für Elise" for solo piano to the bucolic settings portrayed in the two selections from Beethoven's Symphony No. 6. This is neither a synapse-popping set of virtuoso performances nor an altered look at Beethoven, but it is a well-selected, well-programmed set of works that will ease a child's brain into the works at hand. --Andrew Bartlett

Beautiful Music, Beautiful Renditions.......2003-12-14
This is lovely, soothing music suitable for babies or tired adults! I began listening to it and other "Baby Needs" CD's (the Guitar compilation is wonderful too) before my daughter was born, and have continued to play it for her ever since. Even Classical music purists shouldn't object to hearing just portions of major works-- the compensation is having a complete collection of calm, peaceful music. Highly recommended.
Soothing Music for Baby.......2000-11-05
This is a delightful collection of Beethoven's most soothing, melodic pieces. It is good for background music or for quieting a fussy or tired baby. I highly recommend it.

Customer Reviews:
Their very best record -- still new, even now........2007-04-13
Sometimes one generation's vision of what is new and strange seems quaint thirty years on. This music, which is a picture of the strangeness of the modern world of 1980-something, is as vivid now as it was when it was first released.
Part of this is that the sound is so intelligently structured and presented -- the production is a model of clarity. Partly it's the strange palette of tone colors that combine so well with Jim Kerr's rich yet hollow voice.
But most of all, I think, this is because there is something haunting and mysterious about the combined clarity, intelligence, and color that is so perfectly set off by the propulsive bass and drums that drive track after track and that sustain this record over the long haul. The contrast is what makes Sons and Fascination's vision of modernity fresh and evocative even if it is so clearly a thing of its time.
Their later music tends, I think, to sound like Chicken Soup for the New Wave Soul, and their older music seems almost to document Simple Minds groping their way towards this record. If you are a fan of the later stuff for the sake of the allusive qualities that remain in it, you may just find there is more of that here, and better.
Before they sold-out.......2007-03-29
Long before The Breakfast Club came along and ruined a great band, Simple Minds were making great records. There are 4 CDs that deserve a place in any collection: Empires & Dance, Sons & Fascination / Sister Feelings Call, New Gold Dream (81-82-83-84) and Sparkle in the Rain.
This CD is actually 2 albums in one. Sons and Fascination and Sister Feelings Call. They were released simultaneously and both are presented completely here. Excellent euro post-punk. Jim Kerr's song writing was at it's best during this period and the band is excellent, especially bass player Derek Forbes.
Truly fascinating and original.......2007-03-03
Simple Minds made some truly fresh, invigorating music in their early days. The band's evolution was so fast and dramatic. This double album was recorded just before the band made their mainstream push, and consequently very little of it sounds commercial. Whilst I feel their follow-up (New Gold Dream) is their best, it's perhaps this record that contains the most challenging yet accessible soundscapes of the Simple Minds catalogue. I can't stress enough how unique and uncategoriseable this record is. It's not mainstream pop music because none of this would ever have gotten much airplay. It isn't progressive rock because of its accessibility. Considering the unconventional rhythms and textures, maybe we can call this industrial pop, but it really doesn't need a label.
The album opens with my favourite, "In Trance as Mission." It's got a driving, insistent 6/4 beat with a killer bassline. Layers of synthesizers propel the song over seven uplifting minutes. Jim Kerr's lyrics are non-sensical yet compelling: "In dream a dream a / courage of dreams / in trance as mission / trans-american / moving on." The darkness from previous albums was left behind on this incredible opener.
Next up are two of my least favourite Simple Minds tracks, "Sweat in Bullet" and "70 Cities." These two tracks exemplify the sometimes overbusy arrangements in the band's more experimental work. Each of these songs have too much going on. They also have some seriously annoying keyboard melodies. Fast forward.
"Boys From Brazil" gets back on track in a big way with pounding drums and more synth layers. Like a lot of their early songs, there isn't a definite, simple, strong melody, but various elements including bass and vocals come together to create a clear picture. Again, the lyrics don't tell a story ("Babies can't manage crocodiles?"), but they fit so well with the abstract network of pulsating sounds behind them.
"Love Song" is anything but. A high-energy, rocking track with a subtle disco backbeat, it could nevertheless have been made in 2007. This is a high point on the record. More great, weird lyrics: "Flesh of heart / heart of steel / so well so well / I cut my hair / paint my face / break a finger / tell a lie / so well so well." The electronics point towards their next album. And the decidedly low-tech tambourine adds a perfect touch.
Sons & Fascination winds down with three slower, darker tracks. "This Earth That You Walk Upon" is a bit lighter on lyrics but dense on musical texture. Processed guitars blend with finger snaps and breathy yelps to create a completely original sound. The title track is a bit more nimble, but retains the darker tone. The rhythm is similar to "Boys From Brazil." Dig some more abstract lyrics: "Summer rains are here / Savaged beauty life / Falling here from grace."
Finally we come to "Seeing Out the Angel," a lengthy, menacing track. The heavy, mechanical composition is the result of a brooding synth line and sparse, robotic drums. This is about as scary as Simple Minds ever got, with the possible exception of a couple songs on Empires & Dance. The eerie music bonds perfectly with the dreamlike lyrics: "Rescue by the first light / Receiving us with these tears / Feeling your gaze in the back of my eyes / Leaving worlds this way." On what planet do you suppose this sequence of alien events transpired? Only deep within the tortured recesses of a nightmare?
Luckily, the second half of the album lightens things considerably. Sister Feelings Call contains what I feel are the (slightly) weaker tracks from this recording session. It opens with the classic instrumental "Theme For Great Cities." This is a fine example of the technical skills each member of the group brought to the studio, in addition to their composing abilities.
Next is "The American," a fan favourite, but really one of the weakest tracks here. The vocals tend towards the bombastic and silly. "20th Century Promised Land" is another weird little song. Better than the previous track, but still skip-worthy. The keyboards are out front too much in the arrangement and the sometimes-painful melody is reminiscent of "Sweat in Bullet." Skip it.
Things pick up again with "Wonderful in Young Life." Faster, more industrial. It's got some funky bass. And it's slightly darker with a nice chugging electric guitar. "League of Nations" has a trippy synth beat that was sampled by Dr Atmo for his Sad World album in 1993. More rather menacing sounds play out to very terse lyrics. Stirring, if somewhat repetitive music.
"Careful in Career" is similar to the better tracks from the first half. It retains the darker feel of those and has more distinct drumming and synth arrangements. Another highlight. An instrumental version of "70 Cities" finishes the album.
One thing that strikes me as I listen to this album is the groupwork -- no one is getting drowned in the mix. This is easily the best lineup Simple Minds had. Derek Forbes (b), Charlie Burchill (g), Brian McGee (d), Michael MacNeil (k). Though they would write even better songs in the future, Sons & Fascination is the pinnacle of their pure musical ability. This is an obscure album, and the flow of the songs is somewhat puzzling. It's mainly just a collection of songs. No real sequencing is evident, so there isn't much contrast as one track moves into the next. But these complaints are minor. This is a groundbreaking piece of work even though relatively few people have ever heard it. Though it's now more than 25 years old, it has aged very well. Highly recommended.
Cool Updated Collection From These Electro-Rock Pioneers.......2006-05-28
I love the music here, but I gotta say the packaging over the years has been messy, botched by indecision upon its initial release. Back in the mid-80s I had the original SONS lp (I can't recall if it was imported or what). It had 10 of these selections and some songs also appeared on SISTER FEELINGS CALL.
Before I got this re-release, I had never heard "70 Cities as Love Brings the Fall" which merely adds vocals to "Sound in 70 Cities." I still prefer the vocal-less version, perhaps out of familiarity. It's an upbeat instrumental of old-school U.K. rock augmented by what sounds like a chainsaw. "Seeing Out the Angel" is another new one for me, and it's very good - a sterile, hypnotic piece.
Unfortunately, the weakest track here is the first one. "In Trance As Mission" is a rather awkward song and may have turned off some new listeners before they heard the entire album, the rest of which is excellent. Highlights include: the swaggering rocker "Sweat In Bullet," the meditative "This Earth That You Walk Upon" and the hypnotic yet driving instrumental "Theme for Great Cities."
"The American" may be the best track here. It's very synth heavy and it also rocks. A scorching lick from guitarist Charlie Burchill closes out the song with real intensity. It should also be noted that Derek Forbes (who, after all these years, recently rejoined the band, but only for a short while) laid down some absolutely addictive bass grooves all over these songs.
These guys created some of the most unique, palpable rock atmospheres during their underground electronic period which includes the albums REAL TO REEL CACOPHONY and EMPIRES AND DANCE as well as this one. This new disk collecting SONS and SISTERS might be the best of the bunch.
The "Not Ready For Prime Time" Songs..... But Pretty Good.......2003-09-04
This import CD combines 2 of Simple Minds's early albums, albeit in a slight shortened version to get them on 1 CD (13 songs, 69 min.)
While not attaining the greatness of the "New Gold Dream" CD that would come out 2 years later, this album has some really great tunes. Opener "In Trance as Mission" sets the tone, with a heavy bass. "Sweat in Bullet" has a nice intertwine between synths and guitar. "Boys from Brazil" is reminiscent of XTC-era "Making Plans for Nigel". Other standouts include instrumental "Theme for Great Cities", "20th Century Promised Land", and the best of all "The American", which truly foretells things to come on "New Gold Dream" and "Sparkle in the Rain".
This album is not for the casual Simple Minds fan, who should stick to the pretty inclusive "Best of Simple Minds" 2 CD collection. But for those enchanted by "New Gold Dream" and "Sparkle in the Rain", this is a necessary addition to the collection.

Feel Good Music.......2007-03-22
Since I received this CD, I have played it numerous times. I never tire of listening to it.
Awesome Music.......2002-06-29
Walter Jackson's voice is so strong, and powerful. A touch of Brook Benton, Jerry Butler, yet a technique all his own. If you
like soulful, heartfelt songs, you will enjoy this cd.
WALTER JACKSON A GREAT ARTIST,GONE TOO SOON.......1999-03-13
I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS RECORDING FOR AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER. I AM NOT A MEMBER OF AMAZON BUT I WOULD LIKE TO BECOME ONE. J.GLADNEY
Excellent cd a must for R&B fans........1998-08-24
Definetely worth the price. The only missing Walter Jackson hit on this cd is "I want to come back as a song".

Meanwhile, Mark Mothersbaugh brings a hint of Devo lunacy to "Wicked Little Doll," while the Luaka Bop Latin touch shows up on "Miss America." --Jeff Bateman
Customer Reviews:
"Feelings" is worth your attention.......2005-09-11
this takes a few listens to get accustomed to. but once you get settled, it's a nice ride. tropicalia, electronica, folktronica(?) alot of unique influence and it could have been a giant mess. but david pulls it together to form a cohesive album whose results are touching, and sometimes humorous. my favorite song would no doubt be "A Soft Seduction." great lyrics to that one. the cover and design concept is also quite great. my only complaint is that it could have been alot more streamlined and better if it were about 3-4 songs less. but all the songs are nice and it would have been hard to choose the ones to leave off. good go, then!
Fuzzy freaky FUNk.......2004-08-10
This is my favourite David Byrne solo effort since Rei Momo as of mid 2004. (Only because it is hard to compare Rei Momo with its core Latin sound to this eclectic mix.) Fuzzy Freaky never ceases to amaze me.
Alcohol no need to fear, rest in these fuzzy arms. (Amnesia)
These are the limits to our experience, it's scarry but its alright.
Cold Feelings.......2004-04-24
Despite a share of good songs (the haunting "Dance on Vaseline", the dramatic "Burnt by the Sun" or the offbeat "Wicked Little Doll"), this David Byrne effort is not very convincing or appealing. While there`s nothing really bad here, most of the moments are nothing special either. "Feelings" is listenable from beginning to end, yet only a couple of tracks rise above average and become memorable. Yes, Byrne combines very different styles as usual, mixing pop, world music, electronica, bossa nova, funk and other influences, but not even that melting pot can save an album that just happens to carry too much filler. Overall, this ends up being a curious yet unecessary record. Not the worse, but there are better choices out there.
Forgettable.
Very Good Album.......2003-07-01
I bought this album in around 1998, and just picked up the new Byrne Cd and liked it and then threw Feelings in. This is a great record and if you liked the talking heads you will probably like this, or if you like music that is a little bit different this is sure to be something that will be liked. He combines different types of sounds or better yet different types of music to make something that is really cool. Pick up this CD and take it for a spin.
One of his best! And HDCD to boot!.......2002-08-09
This is an excellent CD, musically and sonically (it's an HDCD disc)! The songs are well textured and executed 'ear-candy', with a typical Byrne approach of multi-layers of instruments and eclectic song variations/styles. Lately, this and The Church 'After Everything Now This' find their way to my CD player constantly!

Awsome cd!!!.......2005-07-01
This was the first lagwagon CD i bought a while back an it rules! There's no down sides to this cd every track is amazing, alot of people have said it is on a different wavelength to their other cd's and i agree but thats why it stands out. Its got more character than blaze which, dont get me wrong is an awsome cd and once your into it its amazing too, but i really think this cd stands out! :D Tony Hawk fans will remember may 16, anyone who loved that song will love this buy it now!!! Lagwagon fans without it, buy it trust me you need it!!! :D
gooses review.......2005-06-13
The feelings cd is a good cd in general. The songs on the cd stick more or less to the same theme. The highest quality song on the cd is "love story" followed by "after you my friend", "train", "may 16", and "messengers". If you really like lagwagon then gun in your hand and leave the light on are good as well. The artwork on both the cd and cover for the cd are humorus especially in comparison with the boring cover on double plaidinum. This cd does seem to be on a different line of thought than lagwagons other albums but it is still good.
Good melodic punk album.......2004-12-16
a cool album, standout tracks are After You My Friend, Hurry up, their cover of Agent Orange'd everything turns grey (great song) and the really cool, optimistic May 16 (you may have heard it on tony hawk 2)
Lagwagon.......2004-10-22
Great CD....just as good as "Blaze," which could be their best CD. Check out the acoustic version of May 16...awesome.
Lets talk about great punk........2003-07-22
This is very emotive punk music that really gets under your skin at times and others just rocks (hurry up and wait & agent oranges everything turns grey). Lets talk about feelings is only short (25 mins long) but it's the quality of the music not the quantity and is definatley worth considering and the lyrics are amazing so pick this up if your looking for a good melodic punk cd. You can tell that Lagwagon are good by just hearing the intensity in this album and the chord progression really works theres also some pretty strange harmonics that sound great but are a mystery as to how you get them well to me at least, this id a great melodic punk album from one of the greatest punk bands around at the present.

Customer Reviews:
Bassey at her very best!.......2007-01-30
This excellent 2CD release from BGO features two Shirley Bassey albums originally released in 1974 and 1976. Both released for the first time on CD!. The first "Nobody Does It Like Me" was recorded in the USA following the popularity of Shirley's previous album and single "Never Never Never". This album was designed to place Shirley in the lucrative US adult contemporary market and results in a different sound to her UK recordings around the same period. Shirley'e voice is at its very best, and the overall production is pulled back somewhat compared with her previous UA albums. Now 30 years later, this album sounds better than ever, and listeners can't help but wonder why it wasn't a bigger success. Standout tracks include "Davy" a duet with the songs composer; Bernard Ighner and Paul Anka's "I'm Not Anyone". The album closes with Shirley's beautiful version of Stevie Wonder's "You Are The Sunshine Of My Life". Next is the album "Love, Life and Feelings" from 1976 which placed Shirley firmly back in the UK charts. This album peaked at number 13 and enjoyed a 5 week run in the charts. There is not a single track on this album that does not deserve 5 stars, but for the record you will find many songs associated with Dame Shirley that (strangely) don't appear on many compilations including, "What I Did For Love", "Born To Lose", "Natali" and "If I Never Sing Another Song". Both albums have been expertly re-mastered by the experts at BGO and have never sounded better!
Review-Nobody Does It Like Me/Love, Life and Feelings.......2007-01-09
Excellent album. Contains most ballads and has everything on it that I was looking for.
