Dawn Powerz is a native of the Bronx, New York. He has been crafting his skill for thirteen years now as a solo underground hip-hop artist. He works with production as well as lyricism. His vision is that hip-hop has become something unnatural and he intends to restore it's traditional customs and ways of expression.

    We used to have places like this to party here in Chicago. One ironically named the Warehouse and a few others. Now days you must go to the east coast to find this Afro-Gay culture. This CD is the epidemy of the the club in the South Bronx. Andre Collins deserves more CD recording time...

    I went out with a friend to the Warehouse, where Andre Collins is the resident DJ, on Saturday. The neighbourhood was a bit sketchy but once inside I was glad I got over it: the crowd was bumping and the music was incredible. The best dancefloor experience I've had in ages, and I went out and bought the CD the next day and have been listening to it ever since. Can't wait to go back!
