The members of Seattle's New Sweet Breath mean what they say and you can tell by the passion in their voice. This high-energy pop is emotional but it isn't all sticky sweet like one comes to expect from recent trends. There is an underlying display of despair on each track. Not just like "Oh I just broke up with my girlfriend and I am really depressed," but like the weight of world is has been on the shoulders of the band members since adolescence.
