Fabulous for any Broadway-lover.......2007-01-30

Packs into 5 CD's a sampling of Broadway tunes from the 20's thru (almost) today, mostly from original cast recordings. Includes not just well-known hits, but also some lesser-known gems. Sound quality is first rate, booklet is informative too. Have given this as a gift to several friends with rave reviews.

Top Shelf.......2007-01-04

This is THE definitive collection of Broadway hits. I have other collections, and none of them measure up. A great deal of care was obviously taken in compiling and presenting this box set. It covers a lot of ground, starting with some long-forgotten but still very enjoyable hits from the days of yore, and finishing with present-day favorites. To the best of my knowledge, the recordings are by those who made them famous. You won't be disappointed.

If you are a fan of the Broadway Musicals, this is a collection that you should purchase. Since I got the 5 disc set I've enjoyed listening to it. The majority of the songs are done by the original singers. The collection is priceless considering that you will have over 100 songs from popular musicals since the beginning of Broadway

Fatboy Slim mix changes the song into something sick and different but still feels like the orginal. PB&J well what can i say...interesting and phun. Import but well worth it. After all arn't all great singles imports? Overall great cd get this one if your gonna get one of the two singles.

BBoys still know how to remix.......1998-12-08

Although the Beastie Boys employed the old capitalistic trick of a two part single, the expense is well worth it. This version includes a Fat Boy Slim remix that is really incredible. The remix is traditionally Fat Boy Silm style but makes Body Movin' sound brand new. Weather or not you buy both singles, make sure to get this one.

hotter than the rest.......2002-10-01

In the first moment you might think its something new by d'angelo, but than you realize, that there is more funk and groove. So you might say, that its d'angelo putting his stage show on record, but its SonnyBoy and he's great! too bad this album is just out in the US. Everybody should have a chance to listen to it.

Part 1 of the Body Movin' import features: (1.) the LP version (2.) the Fatboy Slim remix (3.) Peanut Butter and Jelly

Now, the LP version, you already know about. The Fatboy Slim mix is the one used for the video, and is definitely the reason I bought the single. It's exquisite. Peanut Butter & Jelly is a lively (albeit short) instrumental. All in all, I think the cost of the single is definitely justifiable.

i have the hello nasty cd with body movin' on it. i heard the fatboy slim remix on the radio, but i never heard peanut butter and jelly i really like the fatboy slim remix should i buy it? is peanut butter and jelly any good? thanks =)
