I've been with another company for 6 loyal years. I got terrible customer service and poor quality phones. Cingular thus far has been extremely helpful with customer service and their plans are much better suited with simple rates for my understanding. My 'fixed' plans with other companies always fluctuated for some reason or the other. Clear calling, easy online viewing of bill and usage summary. quick and easy connection to the internet through my phones... just a great deal all around. I would definitely recommend cingular/at&t to all!!!
