Good but not perfect
A good classic book for undergraduate students who want to learn the basics of astronomy.

The book is good but in my view there is no "glue" which binds the chapters together. In my view "An introduction to modern [stellar] astronomy" by Ostlie and Carroll is a better (and more comprehensive) book.
